Community Connections

Community Connections is the Children’s Foundation of Mississippi’s flexible partnership model for local organizations, leaders, educators, service providers, community groups, and others working alongside children and families.

Community Connections helps local partners strengthen the relationships, resources, and systems of support surrounding children and families in their own communities.

Through this initiative, the Children’s Foundation of Mississippi connects with partners across the state to better understand local strengths, needs, opportunities, and gaps. This may include helping partners connect with one another, share resources, identify opportunities for collaboration, support family outreach, or use local data in practical ways.

Community Connections also supports other areas of the Children’s Foundation of Mississippi’s work, including partner outreach, family engagement, storytelling, resource sharing, and community-level planning.
